Who we are

Our story began two decades ago when founding directors Hilary Allison and Caroline Rawlinson met as reporters working for the same newspaper group. Here they forged a strong friendship that stayed the course as their respective careers took them into different public relations roles in the public and private sectors.

By 2007 both were in Gloucestershire working as freelancers. They decided to merge their schedules and contact books and set up their own consultancy.

Today, our offices in Tewkesbury house a lively and diligent team that includes former journalists, experienced media handlers, social media specialists and communications experts. Everyone gets involved and it’s a rare day  that doesn't see one of the team spark a creative brainwave or share a killer strategy suggestion.

Our ethos fuses an unwavering commitment to strategic and practical public relations with a clear ethical stance and a dedication to transparency. We’re intelligent and approachable with a crystal clear understanding of how effective PR and communications can directly benefit your organisation. This is what our clients say.
