Who we are

Caroline Rawlinson

It's just as likely you'll find Caroline browsing the pages of Intensive Care Medicine and European Orthapaedic Product News as Vogue or Hello. She started her career as the author of news articles and features with the Gloucestershire Echo. After training as a journalist, she moved into PR as a trainee account executive in Birmingham, where she cut her teeth in a range of B2B markets including construction, heating & ventilation and engineering. Agency positions followed in Cheltenham and Bath where she developed her love of health and medical PR.

Her enthusiasm for the subject stems from a fascination for finding out about health issues and the groundbreaking solutions that companies develop to address them. By getting involved with the work that companies do behind the scenes to provide training and education for hospital clinicians, and to explain treatments and procedures to patients, she feels her work really does make an important difference. Her interest and quest for knowledge has transformed her into a sought-after consultant experienced at working with a range of global healthcare brands.

A tireless networker and a true champion for the PR industry, Caroline is the 2010 Chair for the CIPR West of England and will be sitting on the judging panel for this year's CIPR PRide Awards - the regional awards that recognise excellence in the PR industry. Responsible for business development at Vivid, when it comes to making things happen Caroline is a whirlwhind.

Married to Neil, Caroline has two children, Lily and Sam, and a brace of Springer Spaniels Kizzy and Jerry (yes...Jerry Springer...) A recent convert to the delights of running, Caroline recently completed her first half marathon in 2 hours and 11 minutes. An achievement she never tires of reliving in great detail to anyone who will listen.
